PROFILE OF CONCERN FELICIA R.D. MARTINS

Concern Felicia Titi R.D. Martins (Mrs.) is the Chief Executive Officer of So-Said Charity Homes established in the year 2000.  A Non-profitable, Non Governmental Organization (NGO’S) with a genuine passion to Rescue, Rehabilitate and Reconcile the vulnerable persons on the streets thereby given their lives a meaning for a better tomorrow, an epitome of charity, who has the ability to care for the poor including the disabled persons. She was born into the family of Pa & Ma Edmund Ukpom on the 25th day of October 1968 in Lagos, she hails from Umuahia South Local Government Area, Abia state.

 A passionate, caring, concern fellow with love for humanity, a philanthropist woman, an achiever cum excellence that has a degree in Social Sector Management at the Pan African University (Now Pan Atlantic University) Lagos, she had her elementary education at African 1 primary, Olodi Apapa Ajegunle, Lagos in 1981, and went to gaskiya Secondary school at Iganmu Lagos in 1987,  a passionate woman who deferred her part time law programme in 300 Level at the Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Lagos state to care for the vulnerable persons on the street in the year 2000.

A former Manager at KAFAM Services Limited, She had a rare blend of aptitude and gift, highly motivated, creative and resourceful individual.  She derives pleasure to reach-out to the vulnerable persons by showing them love and care. 

Her unprecedented love, caring, compassionate and concern heart for the vulnerable persons on the street which has transformed so many challenged people gave her an edge to win numerous awards including: (‘WOMAN OF COURAGE IN 2009’, WOMAN OF THE YEAR IN 2009, ‘QUEEN OF THE DOWNTRODDEN IN 2009’, BOLD STEP AWARD IN 2012, ‘AGENT OF POSITIVE CHANGE IN 2013’ ‘ANOTHER MOTHER THERESA OF OUR TIME IN 2013’,) for the charity home since inception from corporate/religious/educational/NGO and media bodies. Her role model style, undaunted love and overwhelmed passion led her to win the ‘Supermom Tv Series Season 4 Award For The Year 2013’.

Her vision is to create a vulnerable Free Nation and also to give hope to the hopeless in the society. She is the founder of Concern People’s Home, Society for the Safety of the Insane/Destitute, So-Said Charity Homes for Vulnerable Person. She also founded the Distinguished Children Club and MartLicia Missionary School. 

Mrs Felicia Titi R.D Martins is happily Married and blessed with children.
